📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Carrier: Yanwen or YunExpress (China logistics carriers)
  • Estimated Delivery: 8–26 business days to the USA
  • Tracking: ✅ Fully tracked
  • Best for: Non-urgent orders where cost savings matter
  • Cost: Low-cost / Free shipping eligible

📬 Standard Shipping — USPS

  • Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Estimated Delivery: 10–22 business days to the USA
  • Tracking: ✅ Fully tracked with delivery confirmation
  • Best for: Most orders — reliable, affordable, and widely trusted
  • Cost: Standard shipping rate

⚡ Premium / Express Shipping — DHL

  • Carrier: DHL Express
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days to the USA
  • Tracking: ✅ Real-time tracking with delivery confirmation
  • Best for: Urgent orders where speed is a priority
  • Cost: Premium rate (calculated at checkout)

🌍 Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to the United States. Orders are dispatched from our supplier warehouses in China via the above carriers.


🛃 Customs & Duties

Good news! In the USA, orders valued under $800 are exempt from customs duties and taxes — which covers the vast majority of our orders. In rare cases where duties apply, the customer is responsible for any import charges.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website or via 17track.net.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we always aim to meet the above timelines, please note that delivery times may be affected by:

  • Public holidays or peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather or carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

ZellNora is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers once the package has been dispatched.


📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at globalnexusx@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
